Aufgaben
- Ensure stable operation and development of SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP SuccessFactors
- Design, configure, and administer the SuccessFactors platform, including Foundation and cross-modular functions
- Participate in group-wide HR-IT transformation projects, including data migration and integration of new solutions
- Collaborate closely with HR and IT stakeholders
- Coordinate external implementation and service partners
- Analyze technical requirements
- Evaluate new functionalities
- Contribute to the design of the HR system architecture
