- 7+ years of professional experience in PLM role, Key user, or consultant in corresponding applications
- In-depth knowledge of PLM solutions and expertise in developing/implementing PLM process improvements

- Verifiable experience managing digital transformation projects and programs

- Strong analytical skills, solution- and process-oriented, structured, assertive, communicative, collaborative, team player, able to work under pressure and self-dependently
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- End-to-end operations know-how, FMCG environment preferred
- Advanced level of AI Microsoft Office Suite and handling of project management tools
Aufgaben
- Develop new processes, data flows, and features
- Translate business and process requirements to E2E target pictures and functional concepts
- Manage and track projects independently
- Ensure a holistic end-to-end view
- Highlight cross-functional dependencies
- Align business needs and target state with multiple stakeholders
- Optimize the “idea to BOM” process and data structure
- Collect, derive, and challenge business requirements
- Align business requirements with cross-functional stakeholders
- Secure end-to-end integration of all anticipated changes
- Shape and increase process and system maturity levels
- Translate pain points into requirements
- Create structured and detailed documentation (Business Scope Statement)
- Hand over functional and non-functional demands to IT
- Manage and drive projects or programs independently
- Define and schedule work packages
- Set up realistic timelines in alignment with the IT team
- Track and document progress and milestones in the project management tool
- Monitor risks and dependencies
- Ensure reporting and escalation to senior management
- Prepare and host project meetings and workshops
- Develop E2E requirements and new system solution designs
- Contribute to steering meetings with senior management
- Keep stakeholders informed about project insights and status
- Oversee required and available resources
- Highlight potential resource bottlenecks
- Drive prototyping, validation, and testing of new solutions
- Ensure seamless functional integration and high-quality outcomes
- Document, monitor, and track testing progress
- Capture insights for continuous refinement and optimization
- Lead the transition of new processes to the Data Quality team
- Prepare training materials and process documentation
- Facilitate training sessions for effective adoption
