Anforderungen
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Significant experience in HR Controlling, FP&A, Workforce Planning, or Finance Business Partnering
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, personnel cost management, and analytics
- Advanced Excel and Business Intelligence skills (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SuccessFactors)
- Hands-on and analytical mindset, ability to build structures and processes
- Experience in fast-paced, international, ideally PE-backed environment
- Fluent English
Aufgaben
- Build and establish HR Controlling across the NovaTaste Group
- Partner closely with HR and Finance to drive workforce transparency and performance management
- Provide financial and workforce insights to support strategic decision-making
- Lead personnel cost budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning
- Develop HR KPIs, executive dashboards, and management reporting
- Support organizational transformations, acquisitions, and value creation initiatives with data-driven analyses
- Continuously improve reporting, analytics, and data quality standards
