- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in luxury bars/cocktail venues/hospitality
- Exceptional knowledge of mixology, spirits, cocktails, beverage trends

- Recognized mixology, spirits, wine, beverage certifications advantageous

- Lead daily beverage operations at Basalt Bar
- Ensure exceptional service, quality, and presentation standards
- Develop and maintain innovative cocktail, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverage offerings
- Create personalized and memorable beverage experiences for guests
- Lead, train, and develop bartenders, apprentices, and trainees
- Manage beverage inventory, stock control, and cost performance
- Oversee operational procedures
- Support beverage revenue growth and profitability
- Support the continued development of the Basalt Bar concept
- Support brand partnerships, activations, promotions, and special events
- Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service regulations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Ensure compliance with company standards
