- Execute employer branding campaigns from concept to completion
- Ensure global employer brand authenticity in local activities
- Build and develop internal communication channels and newsletters
- Discover and share stories to strengthen culture and foster engagement
- Translate complex topics into clear employee communication
- Support internal events, town halls, and culture initiatives
- Collaborate with HR and international stakeholders on communication
- Bridge global communication principles with local implementation
- Partner with HR and TA for seamless employee/candidate experience
