- Provide standardized and structured guidance to Country HR and HR Shared Service Centers
- Prepare standard process documents for a consistent HR approach
- Create checklists for a consistent HR approach
- Develop approval matrices for a consistent HR approach
- Design training measures for the regional HR community
- Implement qualification measures for the regional HR community
- Strengthen relevant capabilities and skills within the regional HR community
- Drive the ongoing harmonization of HR processes across the region
- Monitor progress of HR process harmonization
- Ensure consistency and efficiency in HR processes
- Consider local legal requirements in HR process harmonization
- Analyze existing HR Shared Service Center service catalogues
- Contribute to regional HR projects as an interface to key stakeholders
- Contribute to global HR projects as an interface to key stakeholders
