Anforderungen
- Relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience in HR, labour relations, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years similar working experience
- Practical experience with German employment matters and HR administration
- Fluent English and German skills
- Practical knowledge of German employment law and HR processes
- Experience in unionised and non-unionised environments
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and advise stakeholders confidently
- Aviation HR experience is a bonus
Aufgaben
- Oversee employment contracts, amendments, standards, and German labor law compliance.
- Handle or coordinate employee disputes, terminations, investigations, and employee relations matters.
- Act as local contact for German authorities.
- Coordinate registrations and required submissions.
- Support the Tallinn payroll team with German payroll, tax, and social security questions.
- Support German labor law and complex HR questions.
- Support new crew onboarding and provide local HR presence in Germany.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and HR service providers.
- Identify recurring German HR topics and improve local processes, documentation, and cooperation.
- Advise and support on union topics, employee relations, and representative communications.
