Aufgaben
- Develop a quality mindset and behavior in Manufacturing Engineering
- Ensure a proactive 'right first time' and 'zero defect' approach using Core Tools
- Assure implementation and application of quality standards to processes
- Provide confidence to the customer through process compliance
- Ensure quality in the industrialization of new products
- Define applicable quality requirements for new products
- Maintain associated procedures and standards for industrialization
- Adapt or create procedural documentation
- Support QMS implementation throughout Manufacturing Industrialization
- Act as Process Owner for FU.IN.03
- Implement and maintain a Quality Performance Management System
- Conduct audits, surveillance, and manage KPIs
- Manage maturity and quality gates
- Foster root cause analysis for non-conformances
- Ensure completion of corrective actions for non-conformances
- Promote error prevention and lessons learned after non-conformances
- Promote process adherence in Manufacturing Engineering
- Create new processes as needed for robustness and maintainability
