Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or comparable field
- At least 4 years of professional experience as HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or comparable role
- Ability to build trusted relationships with employees, managers, and senior stakeholders in international, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of German labor law and hands-on experience in employee relations, offboarding, payroll coordination

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Personio
Aufgaben
- Advise the Executive Board and senior leadership on people-related topics
- Provide HR expertise and guidance for Germany on employment law and employee relations
- Manage HR processes across jurisdictions and handle complex employee relations cases
- Advise on German employment law and support complex employee exits and risk mitigation
- Coordinate the monthly payroll process in Germany with an external provider
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and employment documentation
