- Contribute to ATS process design

- Contribute to ATS user adoption
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting operations
- Build and structure a sustainable talent pool
- Ensure targeted use of active sourcing
- Leverage recruiting data to generate insights
- Leverage recruiting KPIs to generate insights
- Identify opportunities for recruiting improvement
- Contribute to continuous enhancement of recruiting processes
