Aufgaben
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR processes and policies
- Guide employees on navigating local and global HR tools and platforms
- Route strategic organization, business, and leadership topics to the HRBP
- Partner with the HRBP to support operational execution of business-led changes
- Ensure seamless information flow between employees, HRBP, and HR departments
- Support the rollout and execution of local HR cycles
- Act as local coordinator for HR cycles, tracking timelines and requirements
- Assist HRBP in preparing consolidated data for HR cycles
- Serve as the central European hub for Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives
- Help simplify and optimize daily processes for employees
- Coordinate local employee needs with Global HQ HR standards
- Ensure successful local adoption of new global HR tools
- Manage and prepare operational paperwork for Works Council submissions
- Align Works Council submissions with HRBP and C&B
