Anforderungen
- Degree in Business, HR, or related field
- Experience in project/program management, HR transformation, management consulting, or internal PMO/strategy role
- Experience ideally within industrial or global matrix organization
- Ability to structure ambiguous topics quickly
- Ability to move topics to execution
- Managing multiple parallel workstreams
- Strong grasp of HR processes and operating models
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) is an advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management across functions, regions, and seniority levels
- Credibility to influence without direct authority
- Analytical and structured mindset
- Comfortable building baselines, tracking, and reporting
- Fluent English
- Fluent German
- Additional languages are a plus
Aufgaben
- Manage the global HR roadmap with TMO & CoE, including structure, prioritization, tracking, risk management, and reporting
- Coordinate governance and cadence with TMO, CoEs, BUs, and local HR teams
- Establish and maintain a clear, comparable HR maturity baseline across regions and BUs
- Derive insights from HR maturity baseline to inform HR priorities, service development, and transformation focus areas
- Sustain the customer-centric feedback loop to continuously shape HR quality and delivery with maturity insights
- Drive prioritized cross-cutting, cross-BU, and cross-HR transformation projects
- Scope transformation projects quickly and run them with clear structure, ownership, alignment, and tracking
- Resolve interfaces between CoEs, HRBPs, and regional teams
- Act as an integrator across HR functions
- Align global and local HR needs
- Keep HR execution coherent
