- Actively hunt for passive candidates via platforms like LinkedIn
- Build a sustainable and engaged talent pipeline for current and future needs
- Conduct structured interviews
- Lead candidate debriefs to evaluate technical capabilities and cultural fit
- Represent the company at recruitment events
- Actively drive initiatives to strengthen our employer brand internally and externally
- Leverage recruitment data and market analytics to derive actionable insights
- Optimize talent acquisition funnels
- Drive data-informed hiring decisions alongside key stakeholders
